So, have you experienced a feeling every now and then about slowing down a little bit? Or maybe to reconnect yourself and allow yourself to be showered in love in your daily life? Yes, I know and trust me you are not alone in those feelings. Many of us do, cuz we are often so much busy in our life and its demands that we often forget to look after ourselves. Self-care and activities to boost happiness and cultivate peace in us is not a luxurious thing, rather I believe it is the most essential thing to do. It helps to nurture the best version of yourself.

Therefore, I have written the following 30 Self-Care Prompts guide for you to follow and achieve the fruits of it.

1. What Are You Grateful for Today?

Firstly, take a deep breath and bring your focus on the small things around you which bring a lot of joy to you. My suggestion is you write them down in a notebook or something. Then think thoroughly and write them down. Those small things could be a cup of coffee in the morning or a text message from your loved one, or meeting someone, or spending time in some places, or even a comfortable evening couch. Gratitude is the key to happiness and positive life changing experiences. After having continuous gratitude practice, you will feel the difference in your mindset and outlook towards you and the outside world. You will be able to feel the magical experience in life.

And nevertheless, gratitude has a solid impact on mental health which helps to reduce stress and helps to get out of depression.
